Squats. This exercise works miracles for your butt and is
not difficult to do. Simply stand with your feet slightly positioned apart,
with your feet parallel to your shoulders. Then place your hands on your hips and
stretch forward (parallel to the ground). Once in this position, squat slowly
towards the hip, as if to push something back to the buttocks. Ensure that your
knees are behind your toes, and keep your back straight. To work your buttocks,
do 20 repeats of the process and watch your butt look and feel bigger and better.

Bridges. This is another fantastic butt workout for firmer
and bigger butt cravers. To do this amazing routine, first lie down on the
floor and then bend your knees, with your feet together, so that they are resting
totally on the floor. Then slowly raise your body with your legs by tightening
your buttocks until you are in a diagonal position from shoulders to knees.
Once you’ve got
this position locked in, slowly lower your legs and repeat the workout routine
for at least 10 times.

Lunges. Lunges are wonderful for firmer, bigger butt feel
as well as for your thigh muscles. To get this exercise right, stand parallel
to the foot of the hip. Then step forward, slowly lowering your body as you
bend your knees. Note that your knees should be aligned at an angle of 90
degrees (not more). As you do this, ensure you keep your back straight.
Once in this position, do 10 lunges. Then switch legs and repeat (10 times) with the legs this time in reverse order to the first. This exercise is regarded as one of the best toning workouts for your buttocks, and gives your butt size a lift – giving you that confidence only the awareness of a bigger butt size can give you!
